JP Type
JeniusPlays come in two main types – the game is either a contest or a giveaway. Contests are usually more of a test of skills and competing to come out on top. Giveaways, on the other hand, are normally based on lucky draws and hardly test any skills.
JP Categories
This refers to the product(s) or industry that the particular JeniusPlay is related to. This means there could be a Writing-based JP Category. Or one for design or automobiles. You get the drift, right?
NB: A year is a collection of 12 months. Each category has its own “year”. This means some category years may not run from January to December.
For example, there could be a category year that starts in July 2022 and ends in June 2023. Be sure to check the JeniusPlays Calendar to keep track of the timeline.

JP Levels
There are five main levels for each JP Category:
1. Foundation
This is the entry-level JeniusPlay for each category. It’s usually easy to partake in and has a fine blend between cash prizes & product/service-related prizes. These are game series that runs consistently throughout the category year. Winning spots can vary per JeniusPlay.
2. Walls
This is the basic level JeniusPlay. It’s usually easy to partake in, has reasonable cash rewards and it almost always gives out product/service related prizes. These games happen frequently in each category’s year. Winning spots can vary per JeniusPlay.
3. Beams
This is just above the Wall level. These games are usually more challenging and definitely have bigger rewards than Wall. However, there can be only ONE winning spot per JeniusPlay.
Beam level JeniusPlays take place EIGHT (8) times in a category year. In addition, in order to be eligible to win in these games, you have to participate in at least THREE (3) most recent WALL level games. People who submit entries without meeting these requirements will be disqualified from winning even if they get the highest vote.
3. Pillars (can be multi-round)
This is a mid-level JeniusPlay. These games have higher stakes and much higher rewards. There are THREE (3) winning spots – 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd. Pillar level JeniusPlays take place FOUR (4) times in a category year (every third month).
In addition, in order to be eligible to win in these games, you have to participate in the most recent BEAM level game. People who submit entries without meeting these requirements be disqualified from winning even if they get the highest vote.
4. Roof
This is a climax-level JeniusPlay. These games have the highest rewards out of all games that take place in the category year. No matter how high the rewards of previous levels are, the Roof Level JeniusPlay is set to have MUCH HIGHER and MORE VALUABLE rewards.
Also, like the Pillar level, there are THREE (3) winning spots – 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd. Roof level JeniusPlays take place ONCE (1) in a category year – in the 12th month. In addition, in order to be eligible to win in these games, you have to participate in the most recent PILLAR level game. People who submit entries without meeting these requirements will be disqualified from winning even if they get the highest vote.
JP Specials
These are sudden, not highly promoted games that can occur at any time in the category year. Like the wall level, the number of winning spots available varies.
However, the reward system will match that of Beam/Pillar-level games in VALUE. There are two kinds of JP Specials – WINDOWS and DOORS.
The main difference between the two is that Window level games are open to ALL Locations (global) whereas Door level games are restricted by country.
Both are on the same standing of beam and pillar level and can replace a category’s beam/pillar for that month.

We know JeniusPlays are fun, and that you would love to participate. Anyone can join here, and everyone has an equal chance of winning. This is not strongly related to any particular skills. You just need to submit and gather votes for your entry.
